We are proud to share one of our latest and most extensive projects: a complete renovation of a front line beach townhouse in Aldea Beach, ManilvaA home where the sea literally meets the living room – and where every detail has been transformed to create a modern, harmonious and timeless living environment.
The project has been led by Evelyn Amaya, architect and partner in Mindful Living and Notes EsteponaHer work is characterized by a clear philosophy: to create homes in harmony, where each room supports both functional needs and emotional well-beingFor Evelyn, architecture is about shaping environments that provide balance, calm and a natural sense of belonging. In close collaboration with local craftsmen, she has created a home that combines Scandinavian functionality with the light and quality of life of the Mediterranean.
A townhouse that has been given new life – from the ground up
The two-story townhouse that is now complete contains:
- 3 bedrooms
- 2,5 bathroom
- Open plan
- Direct contact with terrace and sea
The renovation has been total, in the true sense of the word.
Everything has been redone:
- Walls have been demolished and moved
- The electrical system has been rewired
- All windows have been replaced.
- Bathroom and kitchen are brand new
- Material selection and color scheme have been harmonized to create a calm, modern whole.
The big move: opening up the home to the sea
One of the most crucial changes was the decision to create a single large, connected room downstairsBy moving the wall outwards and installing large sliding doors to the terrace and the sea, the townhouse has gained:
- A fantastic space
- A natural flow of light
- A sense of freedom and openness
- A seamless transition between inside and outside
The open kitchen further enhances this feeling. Every square meter is used more intelligently, and the home takes on an atmosphere of breathing space, quality of life and belonging.
