Information about filming for commercial purposes

Vasatorps GK appreciates the commitment shown to our courses, not least through pictures and videos on social media. At the same time, we would like to remind you of what applies when someone wants to film, photograph or create content on our facility for commercial purposes, for example as part of a collaboration with a company or brand.

· Filming or photography for private use, in connection with your own round of golf, is of course permitted.

· Filming, photography or other content production for commercial purposes — for example for sponsored posts, product collaborations or brand promotion — always requires the club's prior approval. · If content recorded with us contains product advertising, sponsorship or brand partnerships, this must be approved by the club before publication. We want to be able to ensure that what is shown is consistent with our business and our values.

· When we approve filming, we ask that the club's name be included in the publication.

· The club reserves the right to deny permission for filming, photography or other content production for commercial purposes, and to subsequently request that content be removed or corrected.

We do this to protect our members and guests and to avoid Vasatorps GK being associated with products or messages that we have not taken a position on or stand behind.
