Regulations

When playing without paying the green fee, guests will be charged the full green fee and a surcharge of SEK 1.

A member who plays without having paid the correct fee risks being banned from playing for a limited period of time.

Club hosts

Our club hosts are an important part of the guest experience at Vasatorp. They are on site during reception opening hours and act as an extension of our service – always ready to welcome players, answer questions and help ensure a smooth start to the round.
The club host also moves around the court to:

  • Ensure that players have arrival registered
  • Check that the number of players in the ball is correct
  • Confirm that the right player is in place
  • Kontrollera the pace of play and help players catch up with the ball in front of them.

Time: Club hosts are scheduled Friday to Sundayand Wednesday to Sunday during the month of July, between 06:30 and approximately 15:00.

Marshalls

Our marshals are out on the court during times when the reception is closed and help create a safe and pleasant playing environment.
Through discreet stick controls, they help to:

  • Ensure that players have registered on arrival and paid the green fee.
  • Check that the right players are in place and that the number of players matches the booking.
  • Kontrollera the pace of play and help players catch up with the ball in front of them.

times: Marshalls are active outside reception opening hours and do stick controls as needed.

Track and game

  • Track personnel working on the track have always precedence.
  • The entire bunker rake is placed in the bunker with the shaft in the direction of play.
  • Carts may not be pulled over the tee or green, between the green and the green bunker or in the waste area.
  • Golf carts may not be driven in the high ruff, follow the golf cart notices.
  • It is not permitted to start play/break in on hole 10 without approval from fellow players or reception.
  • If you start at 07.00 on TC, you must start your last nine, i.e. hole 10, no earlier than 08.45.
  • Feel free to take a break at the kiosk, but show consideration and let the following ball through if they don't want to take a break.
  • Shoes with metal spikes are not permitted.

Dog

  • Members and guests are allowed to bring dogs into the club and onto the golf courses provided they are always on a leash.
  • Players who bring dogs on the courts are responsible for cleaning up after the dog and that the dog does not disturb other visitors/other players.
  • Dogs are prohibited on the courses at all competitions.
  • Dogs are prohibited inside the clubhouse and inside other buildings at the club.
  • Players who do not want a dog to accompany the ball always have the right to ask the dog owner to play at another time. It is always the person bringing the dog who must show consideration and step aside if necessary.
  • Dogs are not allowed to sit or lie on the sofas and chairs outdoors.

Clubhouse, restaurant and clubhouse area

  • Members and green fee guests can borrow a towel free of charge, the towel must be left in the laundry basket in the changing room.
  • Golf carts may not be driven in the clubhouse area.
  • Food and/or drinks brought with you may not be consumed in the restaurant or outdoor seating area.

Driving range and other practice areas

  • Balls from the ball machine may only be used on the driving range, i.e. not used for play on the course or other practice areas. Practice balls may not be taken home.
  • It is prohibited to pick up balls on the driving range, all balls are retrieved through the ball machine.
