Time booking applies to all times on all courses.

  • The Tournament Course and Classic Course are always closed for course maintenance until at least 7:00 AM.
Tournament Course
  • Players can simultaneously be booked for five (5) starting times, of which a maximum of one (1) starting time is on a weekend.
Classic Course
  • Players can simultaneously be booked for five (5) starting times, of which a maximum of one (1) starting time is on a weekend.
"Last minute" - booking on the 18-hole courses
  • Players can book a start time on the TC and on the Classic Course two days in advance from 08.00, even if the player has a start time booked on the course in question later in time.

Example: Games on Saturday can be booked from Thursday morning 08.00 and games on Sunday can be booked from Friday morning 08.00.

Tee times on the 18-hole courses reserved for members.

NOTE! Membership times apply to members who have a membership with the right to play for that course and time. This means that if you have a membership on the Park Course, you do not have priority for membership times on the Tournament Course and Classic Course, the same rules as for guests apply then. 

  • Tournament Course – Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, starting times 07.40 & 07,50, 08.40 & 08.50, 09.40 & 09.50, 10.40 & 10.50 and 11.40 & 11.50 are reserved for members of Vasatorps Golfklubb and their accompanying guests. The times can be booked by anyone two days before play.
  • Classic Course – Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, start times 07.45 & 07,55, 08.45 & 08.55, 09.45 & 09.55, 10.45 & 10.55 and 11.45 & 11.55 are reserved for members of Vasatorps Golf Club and their accompanying guests. The times can be booked by anyone two days before the game.
Park Course
  • Players can simultaneously be booked for eight (8) start times, of which a maximum of two (2) start times on weekends.
  • Players can simultaneously be booked in two (2) start times per day.
Western 9th
  • Players can simultaneously be booked for eight (8) start times, of which a maximum of two (2) start times on weekends.
  • Players can simultaneously be booked in two (2) start times per day.

When contacting the reception, a start time can be booked on the same day or the day before the game day, even if the player has a different start time booked later (eg start time on a weekend).

Identification of players when booking

  • When booking, all players must be identified with a golf ID.

cancellation Policy

  • If the member has not canceled the start time no later than 2 hours in advance, see "No show".
  • If the guest has not canceled the start time no later than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the regular green fee will be charged per absent player.

Players cannot reserve a tee time themselves via My Golf within 2 hours of the tee time.

No show (does not arrive at booked start time)

  • If a member, on two or more occasions, does not arrive at the booked start time or has not booked it according to the cancellation rules, the club has the right to suspend the member from playing on the courses for a two-week period.
  • If the guest does not arrive at the booked start time, 100% of the applicable green fee will be charged.

Less than 21 days left until the game date:

  • All players' golf IDs must be provided at the time of booking. This is so that the booking is counted correctly against the allowed number of simultaneous bookings.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of bookings, a fee of SEK 100 will be charged.
  • If you are fewer than 4 players but want your own ball, there is a fee of 400 SEK to block the entire ball.

More than 21 days left until the game date:

  • Reservations can be made for a pre-booking fee of SEK 100 per player. The reservation does not count towards the total maximum number.
  • If you are fewer than 4 players but want your own ball, there is a fee of 400 SEK to block the entire ball.

Hotel guests / groups

  • In connection with group bookings for guests staying at one of the hotels we collaborate with, starting times are booked when they book their accommodation.
Handicap limits
  • Tournament Course and Classic Course, 36,0. Active golf club membership required. We ensure that the total handicap in the ball does not become too high and may recommend times with less occupancy for the best experience.
  • Park Course, 54,0. Active golf club membership required.
  • Västra 9, "pay & play" - Everyone, regardless of membership or playing experience, is welcome. For the less experienced golfers, we ask you to read through the safety regulations before playing your round.
Other
  • For the best playing rhythm on the course, bookings will be filled up to 4 balls as much as possible.
  • The reception has the right to move booked players to a nearby start time if necessary.
  • Arrival registration must take place no later than 15 minutes before departure at the terminal, via the OnTag app or at reception.
  • When the reception is closed, appointment booking and arrival registration takes place via the terminal in the reception or the OnTag app.

Introductory Card Policy

  • SGF's and SkGF's introduction cards as well as PGA, GAF and SGA cards can be used for visits to us at Vasatorps Golf Club for work and study purposes, provided that the visit is notified at least one day in advance.
  • The option to play without paying the regular green fee does not apply when playing on the Tournament Course (TC).
  • When participating in a competition or corporate golf/group booking, the above card cannot be used for payment of green fees.
  • The possibility to play for holders of the cards applies to one game per season.
  • This policy applies to SGF's and SkGF's introductory cards as well as PGA, GAF and SGA cards and follows the recommendations established by SGF at the 2010 annual meeting.
  • For introduction cards and merit badges distributed by SGF, we follow the association's decision, i.e. you have the opportunity to play at the facility once a year and then TC is included (gold, silver elite, etc.).
  • For free play, visits must be notified in advance to info@vasatorp.golf.

Weather conditions

Frost or fog
  • Start times until 08:00 are canceled in the event of frost, fog or other weather preventing play. Other times are postponed.
Thunder
  • If you are forced to cancel your 18-hole round due to thunderstorms, we will not refund any money.
  • If you have played less than 9 holes and have to break, you have the right during the current year to come back and play a round on the course in question weekdays/weekends (depending on which day you play).
  • If you have played more than 9 holes and have to cancel your round, you will receive a 50% discount on your next visit.
Unplayable course due to heavy rain
  • If you are forced to cancel your 18-hole round due to flooding of the greens, we will not refund any money.
  • If you have played less than 9 holes and have to break, you will receive a green fee check that applies to play on the course in question weekdays/weekends (depending on which day you play).
  • If you have played more than 9 holes and have to break, you will receive a 50% discount on your next visit.

NOTE: Vasatorp Golf Club reserves the right to make any adjustments deemed appropriate at any time during the season.
