The members of Vasatorp Golf Club are hereby invited to the regular annual meeting/autumn meeting on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 7:15 p.m.
Location: Vasatorp golf club* NEW local Radisson Blu Helsingborg
Information meeting 18.00-19:00
Coffee & cake served 19:00-19.15
The autumn meeting starts at 19.15
Register your participation no later than Thursday, October 30, 2025
Agenda annual meeting/autumn meeting
- Determining the voting list for the meeting
- Election of chairman and secretary for the meeting
- Election of two minutes adjusters, also vote counters, who, together with the chairman, shall adjust the meeting minutes.
- Ask if the members have been called to the meeting correctly and at the right time
- Determination of the agenda.
- Determination of membership fees and other fees for the upcoming financial year
- Determination of gaming fees and other fees for the upcoming financial year
- Determination of the business plan and consideration of the financial plan for the upcoming business and financial year
- Processing of the board's proposals and timely received motions
- Other questions.
