The members of Vasatorps Golfklubb are hereby called as regular members
annual meeting/autumn meeting Thursday 24 October 2024 at 19.15

Information meeting 18.00-18.50

Coffee & cake served 18.50-19.10

The autumn meeting starts at 19.15

Agenda annual meeting/autumn meeting

  1. Election of chairman and secretary for the meeting.
  2. Ask if the meeting has been called correctly.
  3. Election of two protocol adjusters, also vote counters, who together with the chairman shall
    adjust the meeting minutes.
  4. Determining the voting list for the meeting.
  5. Determination of the agenda.
  6. Determination of the business plan, membership fees, other fees, member loans and budget for the coming business and financial year.
  7. Determining the number of board members.
  8. Choice of:
  1. the club's chairman, also chairman of the board, for a period of one year
  2. half the number of other members of the board for a period of two years
  3. four members of the election committee for a period of one year, one of whom shall be appointed chairman
  4. delegate to GDF meeting
  1. Processing of the board's proposals and timely motions.
  2. Other questions.
