on fantastic Vasatorp for us.

It's extra fun when the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mix comes to the club in
beginning of June this year. A competition that not only stands for good golf but
also the first professional competition in the world to be equal between women
and men. And also an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
It's great that we, as partners of Vasatorp, get to participate
when the competition comes to us.

We should be very proud that we are members of Vasatorp and can be
part of this event. Together with one of our suppliers
FootJoy, which is also the Official Partner of the competition and dresses up
all functionaries, we have developed an offer for everyone
members at Vasatorp.

Now you have the opportunity to buy a signed polo shirt, sweater and cap for an extra
good price. The garments will be embroidered with Vasatorp and
Volvo Scandinavian Mixed logos.

Spring meeting Vasatorps Golf Club 27 March 2024

The members are hereby invited to the spring meeting on Wednesday 27 March 2024 at Vasatorp's golf club in the restaurant.

  • 18:30-19:30 the board informs about the outcome in 2023.
  • 19:30 coffee & cake.
  • The spring meeting starts at 20:00

Registration for the Spring Meeting takes place in My Golf to "REGISTRATION Spring meeting 27/3 2024".

Agenda

  1. Election of chairman and secretary for the meeting.
  2. Ask if the meeting has been called correctly.
  3. Election of two minutes adjusters, also vote counters, who, together with the chairman, shall adjust the meeting minutes.
  4. Determining the voting list for the meeting.
  5. Determination of the agenda.
  6. Board's,
    1. annual report for the most recent financial year.
    2. annual report/annual financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) for the most recent financial year.
  7. The auditors' report on the board's management during the last operating/fiscal year.
  8. Determination of profit and loss account and disposition of surplus and deficit in accordance with the balance sheet.
  9. Election of an auditor together with a deputy or a registered audit firm for a period of one year. Board members may not participate in this election.
  10. Question about discharge of liability for the board for the period covered by the audit.
  11. Processing of the board's proposals and timely motions.
  12. Fill-in election of a member of the election committee
  13. Other questions.

Item 9 – The nomination committee proposes that the spring meeting appoints Grant Thornton Sweden AB as audit firm.

You haven't missed that we have spring cleaning on Saturday next week, have you? We are calling for more helping hands that day. It is together that we create that little extra that makes our facility shine upon opening.

There are several different tasks, if you have some kind of physical limitation, "superpower" or any other wishes about what you want to do in addition to the choices you make when registering, just let us know.

Let's help each other while we get to share in a wonderful community!

Sports holiday at Vasatorp

Sports holiday at Vasatorp: Experience Golf and Community!

  • Trackman Range: The use of the Trackman Range is included in your ball price. You don't need to make an appointment, just use any available exercise mat.
  • Trainer on site: We have trainers on site at the range who can give you some tips along the way:
    • Tuesday: 11:00-13:00 (Axel)
    • Thursday: 10:00–12:00 (Björn and Axel)
    • Friday: 12:00–14:00 (Björn)
  • Payment of training balls: Card or Swish at the machine
    You can easily pay with yours charge card or via Swish directly at the range machine. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. If you have The Golfmore app installed on your mobile phone, you can load it with money and use it to pay for exercise balls.
  • Bullseye competition "Vasatorp Sportlov Challenge":
    The competition runs all week! You can participate as many times as you like and at any time. Don't miss the chance to test your skills and have fun! Don't forget to log in to the Trackman app when you compete! You create an account easily by downloading the Trackman app to your phone and registering. Both participating in the competition and creating an account on Trackman are free.
