A big thank you for this time!

Warm, curious and happy. Close to laughter and a hunger to master this sport, golf. That's how I would describe a Vasator couple!

I have never met the interest and curiosity, in this amount, anywhere else. My wife, noted for me, always calculated that it took me at least an hour to get home after the last class of the day. It could have been because the car was in the workshop or because we lived far from the club, but leasing agreements and a 12-minute drive home were rarely the reasons. However, many students who practiced or members who had questions in the late evenings were the reason.

During these nine years, I got married, had Emma and Tilda and almost became an adult. I've made friends for life, friends I can call in the middle of the night and know they'll be there before I can blink.

It was not uncommon for me to think:

Oh, I get paid when we practice and talk golf this lovely summer evening together with nice people.

There were also other occasions! You are struggling, who participated in various autumn and winter courses. Hand picking balls, full ski gear and a total fear of a peak so the feeling in the fingertips disappeared.

My main drive has always been to learn more. I have gained so much from my coaching colleagues over the years. Long discussions with a self-evident sharing of their knowledge usually ended in "check this one, is it better?" A joy for the game!

The path of development is quite crooked, and many students have had to feel that. At one point I had eight different bunker techniques that I was teaching! I noticed that my students had trouble putting my thoughts into practice, strange!

Many students I have had a long collaboration with, others have been fleeting acquaintances. I hope you have received the answers to your questions, a plan and an explanation of how you can become even better. I have tried to meet you with respect, professionalism and great commitment.

I had a lot of fun at work! Sunday anxiety has never existed.

Now it's time to move on, my future is not set. I hope to work with driven people and build relationships to achieve the goals that have been set. I have not limited myself to specific industries or professional groups.

We are now pleased to present the team that will run the training and shop operations from 1 January 2024 at Vasatorp's golf club.

The team consists of Björn and Eleonor Asplund and Emil Kessel.

Björn and Eleonor come closest from Trummenäs golf club. Björn has extensive experience in the industry and this summer was ranked 1st of all coaches in the members' survey Players 1st. Eleonor has a background in sales in the IT industry and has run the shop in Trummenäs for the past five years with very good ratings. Emil is a familiar face to many of you members as he has spent the last two years as a coach at Vasatorp.

You will shortly receive a longer presentation of them.
