Spring meeting Vasatorps Golf Club 27 March 2024
The members are hereby invited to the spring meeting on Wednesday 27 March 2024 at Vasatorp's golf club in the restaurant.
- 18:30-19:30 the board informs about the outcome in 2023.
- 19:30 coffee & cake.
- The spring meeting starts at 20:00
Registration for the Spring Meeting takes place in My Golf to "REGISTRATION Spring meeting 27/3 2024".
Agenda
- Election of chairman and secretary for the meeting.
- Ask if the meeting has been called correctly.
- Election of two minutes adjusters, also vote counters, who, together with the chairman, shall adjust the meeting minutes.
- Determining the voting list for the meeting.
- Determination of the agenda.
- Board's,
- annual report for the most recent financial year.
- annual report/annual financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) for the most recent financial year.
- The auditors' report on the board's management during the last operating/fiscal year.
- Determination of profit and loss account and disposition of surplus and deficit in accordance with the balance sheet.
- Election of an auditor together with a deputy or a registered audit firm for a period of one year. Board members may not participate in this election.
- Question about discharge of liability for the board for the period covered by the audit.
- Processing of the board's proposals and timely motions.
- Fill-in election of a member of the election committee
- Other questions.
Item 9 – The nomination committee proposes that the spring meeting appoints Grant Thornton Sweden AB as audit firm.
