Vasatorps Golf Club, outside Helsingborg, belongs to one of the leading facilities in Sweden with two of our four courses ranked in the top 25 in Sweden. The facility has a total of 57 holes (18, 18, 12 and 9) and a total of approx. 100 rounds are played per year and a turnover of approx. SEK 000 million. Approximately 35% of the number of rounds played are accounted for by our approximately 80 members.

We have a vision to be Scandinavia's best golf experience and our mission is - "A golf club with a great community for everyone who wants to develop as a golfer." In the last two years, we have, among other things, invested in the expansion of a 12-hole course, remodeling and expansion of the practice area and installation of the Trackman Range. We are constantly working to refine and improve our courses to get closer to our vision and meet the needs of the future. We are in the process of developing a master plan for our top rated course, the Tournament Course.

Our motto is Together Caring Quality and guides us in our daily work. Training activities are currently carried out by the club as well as by a contractor, where the club provides junior and elite training and the contractor other training activities. Shop on a smaller scale is run today under the auspices of the club.

We are now looking for a driven entrepreneur who already has or wants to build a team and who, together with Vasatorp, wants to be involved in developing the experience linked to training, shop and games.

About the role

As an entrepreneur for training activities and shop, you have the overall responsibility for delivering quality training both individually and in groups, as well as running and developing a shop that dares to challenge and inspire both members and guests. We think it's about creating a seamless experience between training, shop and game.
As a responsible contractor, you have many different contact points. Internally with our important members, committees and employees of the club. Externally, you meet guests and partners such as suppliers, sponsors and local and regional business networks.

About you and your future team

To succeed, we believe that you/you have a good understanding of the industry, and dare to challenge. A developed network of contacts in both training and shop operations weighs heavily. At least one of the team is PGA-educated and we like to see a commitment to wanting to develop coaches who are moving forward in their career and development.
You are committed, curious and courageous and are interested in continuous further development and improvement of both the business and yourselves. You are passionate about sports, golf and business.

Experience, competence and innovative thinking can take place and together we develop Vasatorps Golfklubb towards the vision. You represent Vasatorp's brand as well as your personal brand. With a humble approach, you dare to mix proven methods with new ones.
