About the service: We are looking for a committed and driven operations manager and trainer for our junior and elite training. In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementing and developing training programs for our junior and elite players. You will work closely with the club's, and if necessary, other external coaches to ensure the best possible training and support for you and our young people. You will also be a key person in integrating parents, youth leaders and other appropriate people in the business to create a holistic solution that benefits all categories of players. The role requires you to be organized and able to handle administrative tasks to ensure that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- PGA qualified
- Experience working with junior and elite players
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Experience working with parents and youth leaders
- Passion for golf and a strong desire to develop players at all levels
- Ability to be organized and handle administrative tasks
Merit:
- To have worked or been close to an elite environment
- Other training in sports
- Experience of administrative tasks connected to golf
- Networks in sports such as SGF, RF-SISU, PGA Sweden etc.
Personality: We are looking for you who are passionate about working with junior and elite players and who have a strong passion for golf. You are a natural leader who can inspire and motivate others, and you have an ability to build strong relationships with both players, parents and colleagues. You are also flexible and adaptable, with a desire to constantly develop and improve.
Scope of Service:
The position is a full-time position and based on annual working hours. Work on evenings and weekends is included in the position.
