The assignment As a railway manager, you lead and develop the railway organization and are responsible for the daily operations, long-term development and results of the business.
The role covers personnel, work environment, planning, finance, administration, government contacts, machinery and business development. You contribute with data and recommendations for decisions and have an important role in putting the club's goals and strategic direction into practice.

We are looking for a leader who enjoys alternating between presence in the field and the administrative work required to plan, follow up and develop a modern golf facility. We are looking for someone who is curious about the future and who wants to help develop the golf experience at Vasatorp. You have the courage to think new things, while at the same time respecting the knowledge, culture and values ​​that already exist in the organization.

•A confident, present and demanding leadership
•Solid agronomic expertise and experience in golf course management.
•Ability to plan, prioritize and follow up on activities.
•Good knowledge of basic economics, administration and business development.
•Good communication skills and a non-prestigious working style.
•Experience from larger golf facilities
•Work for major national or international competitions is an advantage.
•Sustainable course development
