Reception staff
Are you service-oriented and love golf and people? Then you could be the person we're looking for! We're looking for a seasonal employee for our reception.
Vasatorps Golfklubb is located in a scenic setting outside Helsingborg. With a total of 57 holes over four courses, it is one of Sweden's largest golf facilities. Over the years, the club has hosted major international competitions, the most recent of which was the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed 2024, part of the DP World Tour.
Your work assignments: As a receptionist, you will welcome and assist guests. You will book tee times at the golf course, provide information about the facility, handle reservations and payments, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest possible service. Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends.
What we offer: We offer a workplace where you become part of a committed and positive team. You will have a varied working day where no two days are the same. We are affiliated with a collective agreement and the position is a seasonal hourly employment between about mid-April to mid-October with varying levels of service; about 50-75% depending on low-mid and high season.
We are looking for you as: We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has at least a B driving license. You have a passion for golf and service, are social, positive and proactive. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can handle multiple tasks at the same time. Flexibility and the desire to contribute to a fantastic guest experience are important.
Extra merits: It is an advantage if you have previous experience in service or reception, knowledge of Golf's IT system (GIT) and an interest in golf.
