(I.e. Competition schedule

  • Recording days: Monday June 23 & Tuesday June 24
  • Competition days: Wednesday, June 25 – Saturday, June 28
  • Cut: After two days, the top 96 advance, and for Saturday the field is reduced to the top 60.

🎉 Ceremonies

  • Opening Ceremony: Tuesday, June 24 – a small ceremony where you as members are Welcome to watch and listenNo registration required.
  • Closing Ceremony: Saturday, June 28th after the game ends – here you are too welcome to participate and celebrate the end of a fantastic week of competition.

🚫 Course status

  • Tournament Course (TC) is closed June 22–28.
  • Classic, Park and other courses are open as usual.
  • Friday & Saturday: Classic is reserved for members with guest – book by phone or email: boka@vasatorp.golf
  • Sunday morning (June 29): TC is open for members only – book by phone or email.

🚗 Parking & Logistics

  • Players, officials and the European Championship organization are referred to rear parking lot.
  • We urge everyone to carpool as much as possible – it will be limited parking spaces.
  • Some areas will be cordoned off during the week.

🏠 Clubhouse & Areas

  • The clubhouse is open to members and guests all week.
  • Note: It can be very crowded, especially around lunch time.
  • Player Area & Tournament Office are blocked off at the sofas outside Bruce & Forrest:
    • Forrest = Players Lounge
    • Bruce = Tournament Office

(I.e. Practice areas (valid all week)

  • Green tea (range):
    • Left side = European Championship players only
    • Right side = Members & guests
  • Eastern training field: Closed to members – only for European Championship players
  • Putting green range: Closed to members – only for EM players
  • Other practice areas: Open as usual

We have approx. 30 officials on site during the week – one many thanks to those of you who volunteer your time and commitment. You are worth your weight in gold!

🎟️ Tickets & Admission

It is required no ticket to visit the competition – all members and guests are warm welcome to come and experience the European Championships up close! We are looking forward to a fantastic week of competition together. If you have any questions or concerns – do not hesitate to contact us!
